Terms and conditions

Unless otherwise stated within our quotation 30% of quotation to be paid as deposit, 70 % to be paid within 7 days of invoice.
Any unforeseen work or variations will be agreed before commencement to a fixed quotation where possible or on a day work rate of £30.00 an hour.
Late payments may incur interest of 6% above base rate as set by Lloyds TSB.
Cancelation of complete works or missed appointments may incur costs of materials purchased plus reasonable labour costs and charges.
Our quotations do not include decoration or removal of existing materials from site.
We assume provision of 240v electrical supply.
Otter Interiors are not V.A.T. registered.
Listed Buildings
Quotations relate to tangible carpentry and joinery work only. If
required we can supply a quotation for the production of drawings etc.
Joinery
All joinery both interior and exterior should be sealed (painted or varnished)
within two weeks of fitting, we recommend the services of a professional decorator
working to recognised practices and will not be held responsible for any warping,
twisting, shrinking or movement.
Other Services
Our quotations relate to carpentry works only, there is no inclusion
for electrical, plumbing, decoration or any other trade unless otherwise stated.
